PESU, PSU, and PPSU are amorphous plastics of high temperature resistance. Their melting temperature is more than 200℃. These plastics feature high dimensional stability and excellent mechanical property, and these properties will not lose in increasing temperature.

PESU, PSU, and PPSU are inherently flame retardant and do not require additional flame retardants in many of the plastics formed. They can reach the flame retardant standard UL 94 V-0 with a thickness of only 1.5 mm. They are also good at electric insulation, heat resistance and ageing resistance. These thermoplastics are suitable for high stress elements working in a wide temperature from -50℃ to 180℃.

For electric and vehicle industry, PESU, PSU, and PPSU can be used in the following elements:

Coil formers, plug connectors, circuit breakers and relay elements

Light window and switch board, lamp holder, lampshade and reflector

Heat shield, transducer, chip carrier, and chip tray

TPU stands for thermoplastic polyurethane. It is an ideal material for signal and energy transfer for its high performance in fire retard, abrasion resistance, hydrolysis resistance, low temperature flexibility, anti microbial property and oil/grease resistance.

TPU is widely used as the material of cable jacket & connectors in automation engineering, vehicles, aircraft, and construction industry.

Additionally, connectors made of TPU performs well in impact resistance, rigidity, and elongation, with low thermo expansion co-efficiency and low shrinkage.
