T-UD series GPPS unidirectional tape is made of CFRT material, suitable for continuous manufacturing of pipes, out layers, surface decorations widely used in various fields.

In TOPOLO, the CFRT (continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic) composites adopt thermoplastic prepregs, more convenient and less costly. The continuous fiber in CFRT PPS UD tape is impregnated with PPS (polyphenylene sulfite) and laminated together to form one ply of fiber reinforced by thermoplastic composites. It’s tensile strength and flexural strength are higher than PP UD tapes.

The fiber species used in PPS unidirectional tapes can be set as both glass fiber and carbon fiber. The width can be customized from 500mm to 1200mm.

The GPPS UD tapes can be added with optional materials like graphite, to meet the demand for UV resistance and aging resistance.
