High-quality products depend on professional technologies. We are innovative to improve our proficiency. However, you cannot make bricks without straw. Therefore it is necessary to have a special laboratory for researching and development, as well as accurate equipment to test our products. In the lab, we acquired high-performance testing machines, such as tensile testing machine, flexural stress testing machine, universal testing machine, etc.. These machines are specially introduced to test the mechanical properties of our continuous fiber reinforced composite products, including T-UD series CFRT tapes, T-PC series CFRT sheets (thermoplastic composite sheets), T-SP series honeycomb sandwich panels and so on. Let’s take glass fiber reinforced PA66 for example. The tested property includes tensile strength, tensile modulus, flexural strength, and flexural modulus, and the test result is shown below.

Note2: GF:0%-PA66 without reinforcement, GF:50%-50% SFT/LFT/CFRT reinforced
According to the test, we can see that reinforced PA66 is stronger than that of not reinforced, and long fiber is stronger than short fiber, all of which, however, can not surpass the performance of CFRT (continuous fiber-reinforced thermoplastic composite) PA66, no matter in tensile or flexural properties.
Besides PA66, we are also producing other CFRT materials like unidirectional tapes, thermoplastic composite sheets, honeycomb sandwich panels, and thermoplastic sandwich panels. All of them are made of continuous fiber-reinforced composite.

Future CFRT
“The market for continuous fiber-reinforced thermoplastic composites has experienced exceptional growth in recent years… the growth rate in 2002 was 93%”
“Historically, continuous fiber-reinforced composites were used in niche applications in aerospace and military only. But in recent years, the market has exploded in automotive, sporting, transportation, industrial, and other applications. The demand has been driven by a variety of aerospace, automotive and truck applications.”
